ANANDOTSAV 2025
The 4th Anandotsav celebration was held by Diabetes Free Forever at Siddhi Banquet Hall, Erandwane, Pune on 26th April, 2025.
It was attended by nearly a thousand people from all over India including victors, their attendees and invitees and the staff. The welcome to the hall was made by the staff of DFF.
Ms. Sneha was the Programme coordinator at the function who welcomed the guests to start the function at 9.00a.m.
Anandotsav 2025 started with Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni welcoming all the participant. In his inaugural address he said that Diabetes Free Forever is instrumental in catering to 3,60,000 patients in the past years, 15,000 of them having already reversed diabetes. A commendable job indeed.
Next the participants were led into a meditation by Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni lasting 5-10 minutes.
While sharing the statistics of achievements by DFF, he said that DFF has been able to reach out to 28 lac people through the online medium.
Right now 8553 patients are taking treatment online. On which 2243 are already in the Abundance batch.
From 2020-2024 DFF has treated 14567 patients of which 8945 have completed 8 months treatment, 7246 have brought down their medicine dosage to 50%, 2987 are 100% medicine free and 2243 are currently in Abundance stage viz., who have reversed their diabetes completely. Under the Residential camp, 2123 clients have attended the same and 1657 clients have brought their sugar under control. Among these 1502 in the range of sugar under 150mg and 155 under 150mg to 200mg and 328 consisting of 20% were found without sugar and medication.
A brief glimpse of the Reunion and Rejuvenation Camp was shown to inspire more to attend the January 2026 camp.
Thereafter the felicitation of the Victors started. The Victors were grouped into 11 groups viz., VICTORS-1, LEGENDS, TFF TITANS, INSPIRERS, INSULIN DEAFTERS, HEROES, CHAMPIONS, FIGHTERS, VICTORS-2, VICTORS-3 AND MENTORS AGGREGATING TO 408.
The first batch of VICTORS-1 numbering 43 were escorted to the stage by Bouncers in a ceremonial walk. They were handed with a trophy by Dr. Balachandra Kulkarni and Dr (Smt.) Bhagyashree Kulkarni, parents of Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni. The victors were also presented with a gift bag.
Next LEGENDS numbering 42 were escorted to the stage and honoured with a trophy by Shri Jayant Hudar, Head of School of Business and Business Coach and Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni. The participants were also given a bag.
Next in line were TFF TITANS.
These are the candidates who have reversed their Thyroid and are called TFF Titans. They were honoured by Shri Jayant Hudar and Dr. Chandrashree Kulkarni, the founder of Thyroid Free Forever.
Thereafter parents of Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni were felicitated and Dr. Balachandra Kulkarni spoke on the occasion. He was followed by Shri Jayant Hudar who also spoke on the occasion.
Next were DFF INSPIRERS.
This group consisting of 42 were escorted to the stage and were felicitated by Marathi Film personality Tejashree Pradhan along with Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni.
Next were INSULIN DEFEATERS, FIGHTERS AND LITTLE CHAMPS.
This group consisting of Insulin Defeaters, Fighters (candidates who have taken control of their diabetes but are still on some medication) and Little Champs (Children with Type 1 diabetes) who have brought down their insulin intake considerably were also honoured by Tejashree Pradhan and Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni.
Next came the HEROES. These candidates are heroes and heroines who have lost considerable amount of weight in their diabetes reversal process.
This group consisting of 41 were escorted to the stage and honoured by Shri Makrand Tillu and Dr.Sujay Lodha. These are people who have lost more than 10 kg of weight in the diabetes reversal process.
Thereafter Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni acknowledged the a drawing of DFF Logo presented to him by Shri Raj Tikre, a Type1 diabetes victor.
Next there was Products Launch function.
The following products were launched by DFF during the function :
- 1. DFF Foundation and Research Center : Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni announced the creation of this foundation for catering to the financial needs of the under privileged who cannot afford the treatment. The foundation will be run on donations and sponsorship.
- 2. The announcement about the launching of the DFF APP on 1st May 2025 was made by Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni. This APP will be useful to all the entrants to DFF. The APP is prepared by Shri Uday Phadke.
- 3. 2 new Books were launched. One written by Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni titled Ultimate Diabetes Reversal Formula and the second titled Vijaygatha, a book on Success Stories of people who have reversed their diabetese
Next the product Ayurvedic Chanwanprash was launched. Each of the victors were given a bottle of this Chawanprash as a gift by DFF. This product essentially helps build immunity.
There was a brief Laughter session by Shri Makarand Tillu before lunch.
Lunch break between 2.00pm to 3.00pm
Post lunch, the DFF DOCTORS were escorted to the stage and honoured.
Thereafter the DFF MENTORS numbering 13 were escorted to the stage and were honoured by Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni. They were dressed with a traditional pheta on the head.
We were among the DFF Mentors.
Thereafter a group of CHAMPIONS were honoured by Shri Sudhir Khot, Businessman and Financial Guru and Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni.
Thereafter DFF FIGHTERS were honoured by Shri Sunandan Lele, Cricketer turned Journalist.
Thereafter VICTORS-2 group consisting of 43 were honoured by Shri Sunandan Lele and Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni. These are the people who have reversed their diabetes by clearing their GTT.
The last groups of VICTORS-3 consisting of 42 participants were honoured by Shri Sunandan Lale and Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni.
Thereafter Shri Sunandan Lele shared some of his thoughts by talking about diabetes in cricketing language.
The programme ended at 6.00pm. Dr. Bhagyesh Kulkarni thanked all the participants and organisers and assistants for making the programme a grand success. The Programme was indeed a grand success.
