Ans: It comes under both. But specifically under strength training.

Ans: It could be Osteo Arthritis problem. You have to reduce inflammation. If inflammation comes down, pain will get reduced. Follow DFF protocols.

Ans: Give more efforts towards strength training. Follow only 12 hours fasting. Losing weight is good but you have to see whether it is on account of muscle loss. If the loss is on account of medicines, then it is possible that it could be muscle loss. In such case, consult your panel doctor.

Ans: Do your dinner early i.e., before 8 pm to reduce fasting sugar. Instead of grains, take items made out of besan.

Ans: Reduce the dosage of medicine. Not able to fast means the body still carries a lot of acidity. You have to make your body alkaline.

Ans: It is on account of Peripheral Neuropathy. You have to reduce the dose of Metformin. For that you have to bring down your sugar level by following the protocols. Metformin also affects Vitamin B12 levels.

Ans: Increase protein and healthy fats in diet, do strength training, reduce cardio, reduce carbohydrates to 20 to 30% of your plate and take salad. Keep your mind calm i.e., reduce stress by doing meditation and yoga.

Ans: Stop MRPS completely because they increase acidity in the body.

Ans: Consult a physio therapist. Dosage of Metformin to be reduced as early as possible by controlling blood sugar. Increased Metformin reduces the level of Magnesium in the body. Lack of Magnesium leads to frozen shoulder. Low level of Vitamin D, B12 and Calcium also contribute. Check these levels and consult panel doctor for supplements.

Ans: Watch my podcast on Gut health. First of all consume fiber in food. Do 14 to 16 hours fasting, start the day with detox water. Good night’s sleep is also important. Daily 25 to 30 minutes brisk exercise is a must.

Ans: Weight loss cannot be achieved in a day or two. It takes time and continued efforts. 16 to 18 hours fasting daily, Green smoothie to be consumed in the mornings, do juice fasting, follow the Enema protocol, follow fixed timings for food particularly dinner to be taken before 8.00pm and sleep early. Avoid binge eating.

Ans: Yes.

Ans: Keep patience and follow the protocols properly thereby reducing the dosage of the medicine. If tiredness is more, check your Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels and take Magnesium supplement in consultation with your panel doctor.

Ans: This is a symptom of Hypoglycemia. Reduce the dosage of insulin and medicines in consultation with the panel doctor.

Ans: It could be on account of bad bacteria. If gut health is bad, you need to take probiotics for 30 to 60 days. Increase intake of fiber in the diet. Take different types of smoothies and soups and fruits. Completely stop consumption of refined foods.

Ans: Pain in legs is a sign of deficiency of Magnesium, Calcium and Vitamin D. Increase intake of these items and drink a lot of water. The dosage of medicine also needs to be examined. Reduce anxiety and stress. Do meditations. Lack of oxygen to the legs can also leads to pain.

Ans: Fasting insulin level between 2 to 6 is normal, 6 to 22 is considered as mild, 22 to 50 it is considered as moderate level. Above 50 it is considered as severe.

Ans: Do exercise taught by anybody but do it. Consistency is the key. Along with exercises do yoga, and meditation also. The strength in your legs determines your longevity.

Ans: Find out why you are losing weight rapidly. If you are taking excess fiber in your diet, reduce its quantity, instead increase intake of protein and good fats , do only 12 hours fasting, don’t do excessive exercises like walking, stretching etc.

Ans: This is a symptom of lack of Folic Acid in the body and also Vitamin B12. Check the level and take supplements and reduction in medicines dosage in consultation with panel doctor.

Ans: Completely stop milk and animal products. Some 10% people will have genetically different Lipid Profile even after taking precautions. They need to consult panel doctor for prescription.

Ans: Detox water keeps the body alkaline as a result sugar does not increase.

Ans: Take salad half an hour before meal. Keep single grain in diet, after meal after half an hour or one hour, do steps up and down or slow walk.

Ans: : Ideally all three reading below 150 is best. Or the 1st reading should be below 200, second reading below 170 and third reading should be below 140.

Ans: You need to boil it and take it in small quantity.

Ans: Take dinner before 8pm, use single grain or no grain in dinner, instead use millet, use besan products, try soup or salad for a month of two, do juice feasting twice a week, do one hour digital detox in the night before going to bed.

Ans: Check kidney functions.

Ans: Yes. Take it roasted or wet. Don’t eat it raw.

Ans: Take your dinner early before 8 pm. This may reduce the acidity.

Ans: Check your PP blood sugar level. It could be because of high sugar level or it may be on account of deficiency of Vitamin D.

Ans: Get it checked for frozen shoulder. You may need to take physio therapy to take care of the pain.

Ans: Yes occasionally with only the white portion of the egg. Don’t make it regular as non-vegetarian is not allowed because non-veg increases Uric acid.

Ans: Get your B-12 levels checked. It could be on account of B-12 deficiency or hypoglycemia (low sugar) or hyperglycemia (high sugar).

Ans: It could be on account of high blood sugar level. Get your sugar levels checked.

Ans: No. because Kharik comes under sweet.

Ans: You get repeated belching because your body is still acidic. To make it alkaline, increase fiber intake. After meals do not sleep immediately or sit. Do small exercises after 1.1/2 hours.

Ans: Get an x-ray to check whether it is cervical spondylitis. Avoid taking a pillow while sleeping.

Ans: Hand pain could be on account of frozen shoulder or injury or compression of a nerve. Get in touch with an Orthopedic to take x-ray to confirm the cause of the pain.

Ans: Take dinner early before 8pm. It could be on account of “Dawn Syndrome”.

Ans: This could be on account of neuropathy if it is itching or you get cramps. If it only pains, then apply coconut oil. If no relief, contact your panel doctor.

Ans: Get your sugar checked. If the sugar level is high, urine outgo will be higher. Also get your prostrate glands checked with sonography.

Ans: Those whose sugar level is normal can eat fish once in 15 days but not fried.

Ans: DFF cannot do anything about varicose veins. You have to consult a doctor.

Ans: Take turmeric powder in warm water while going to sleep. Try for 15 days. If no progress, contact your panel doctor.

Ans: Follow the dietary changes advised by DFF. Take Omega-3 medicines prescribed by panel doctor. It depends on your age also. Check your Cholesterol after 1 to 1.1/2 months.

Ans: Check your Blood pressure 4 times a day – in the morning, afternoon, evening and night. If BP is high in all four instances, you may have to take medicines for 10 days. Follow your panel doctor’s advice.

Ans: As doctors we cannot advise you to take alcohol. It is your choice. Remember, it adds to the acidity.

Ans: If gases formed after meals, sit in vazrasan after meals for 10 minutes. Still if it is not under control, take Gasex tablet of Himalaya twice viz., morning and evening after meals for 5 days and see.

Ans: Check your B-12 level and take 5 B12 injections if the level is below the normal. Also check for Thyroid.

Ans: Anti-coagulant medicine is given as a precaution to those who have been suffering from diabetes for many years. Take panel Doctor’s advice.

Ans: Carry out the detox and dietary changes suggested by DFF properly. Reduce the acidity level and do fasting.

Ans: It could be on account of B-12 deficiency or thyroid. Get B-12 or thyroid checked.

Ans: Take ‘Relief’ tablet available with DFF pharmacy. Consult your panel doctor.

Ans: A to Z tablet or as prescribed by your panel doctor.

Ans: Take Omega-18 tablets.

Ans: Drink plenty of water during the day.
